因應美國政府115年7月24日實施新版國際郵件進口處理程序，並同步調整關稅計算方式。

依照美國政府規定，2,500美元(含)以下之郵件，相關稅費計算方式調整如下：
1.關稅及相關稅費（Duty&Tax）：依商品之10碼美國稅則號數（HTSUS）、原產國、申報價值、數量及重量等資料，並對照美國海關相關規定之適用稅率計算。
2.美國進口處理費（Entry Fee）：因應美國海關實施新版國際郵件進口處理程序相關作業，每件寄往美國之商品類郵件，不論是否產生關稅，均須繳納2美元進口處理費。

商品價值逾2,500美元者，則由收件人依美國海關規定辦理正式進口報關程序。

In accordance with the new international mail import processing procedures implemented by the U.S. government on July 24, 2026, the method for calculating import duties and related fees has been updated.

For international mail shipments with a declared value of USD 2,500 or less, the applicable import charges will be calculated as follows:
1.Import Duties and Taxes (Duty & Tax)

Duties and taxes will be calculated based on the product's 10-digit Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) code, country of origin, declared value, quantity, weight, and other relevant information, in accordance with the applicable regulations and tariff rates established by U.S. Customs.

2.U.S. Import Processing Fee (Entry Fee)
To comply with the new U.S. Customs international mail import processing procedures, an Entry Fee of USD 2.00 will be charged for every merchandise mail shipment sent to the United States, regardless of whether import duties or taxes are assessed.

For shipments with a declared value exceeding USD 2,500, the recipient is required to complete a formal customs entry in accordance with U.S. Customs regulations.
